2. Who can see my candidates’ information and resume when I upload them on the Web Site?
3. If I am an employer, can anyone see my contact information?
When an employer posts a Job on the TalentCapture marketplace, their profile will be visible to agency recruiters. However this does not include their actual phone number or email address. Agency users can message the employer through the TalentCapture platform, which will then be redirected to the employer’s email address used to register. The Job may be posted on other career job listing sites or social media sites (using the share feature). Please understand that job postings will be available to all users of the Web Site and consequently, we have no liability resulting from the copying, posting, distribution or use of any employment opportunity without the prior permission of the employer.

You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. By not accepting cookies, some web pages may not display properly or you may not be permitted to access certain information. We also collect IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) to track a user’s session while the user remains anonymous. We analyze this data for certain trends in statistics, such as which parts of our Web Site users are visiting and how long they spend there. In general, we do not link your IP addresses to anything personally identifiable to you. In those limited cases where session information is not anonymous, we will provide you with notice of such practice and the opportunity to choose not to allow us to track your session.
