Send us an email with your contact information and references of either two recruiters you have worked with on splits, or a client reference. One of our partner advisors will follow up with you to schedule a call. Once approved as a partner recruiter, you will have the ability to respond to Employer TalentGrams. There are additional paid options to have access to the Split-Fee Hub and the option to have your profile displayed on the dashboard of employers who are in your industry specialization. The advertising feature includes showcasing your profile to prospects and clients through continuous email marketing campaigns. This provides you with the branding opportunity to be added as a Preferred recruiter for employers with exclusivity.
